FedEx Quality Recognition Program Return Procedure

  1. Items redeemed through the FedEx QRP Program may be returned for any of the following reasons:
    • Any item that fails to work properly
    • Any item that is defective in workmanship
    • Any item that is received but is not the item that was ordered
  2. Items MAY NOT be returned for any of the following reasons:
    • If the award item was shipped 30 days prior to the inquiry.
    • Any item that was ordered incorrectly. FedEx assumes no responsibility for items that were ordered incorrectly by any QRP Client.
    • If the FedEx QRP Client changes his/her mind about the item that was redeemed. It is the policy of FedEx QRP program that once an order is placed and shipped, it constitutes a completed order.
    • Without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Authorized Return Procedures:
    • Contact FedEx QRP customer service and have the Employee’s Name, Employee #, Phone #, E-Mail Address, QRP Order #, Physical Address and REASON FOR THE RETURN.
    • FedEx QRP Customer Service at Total Sales & Marketing will issue the Return Authorization (RA) Number.
    • Item must be returned to Warminster, PA facility with the RA# on the outside of the return carton.
    • Employee should include a note inside the carton indicating the problem and the address to return the replacement or repaired item.
    • FedEx QRP Customer Service at Total Sales & Marketing makes all final determinations on whether an item is to be repaired, replaced or actually qualifies for either.
    • If the FedEx QRP client does not want a replacement item, they must contact their FedEx manager who issued them their certificate(s) to arrange replacement certificate(s).
    • Any item returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
    • There are no “freight collect” shipments accepted at the FedEx QRP customer service warehouse. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • The FedEx QRP program does not assume additional responsibilities for any duties or taxes on any shipments where they might be applicable.
    • Any FedEx employee that returns a product to FedEx QRP Customer Service at Total Sales & Marketing assumes all responsibility for that product until it is signed for as “received”. Therefore, it is strongly advised that all returns are shipped using FedEx service so that on-line and signature receipt procedures are in effect.
    • Replacements for any returned item cannot be shipped until the authorized return is received at FedEx QRP Customer Service at Total Sales & Marketing.
    • Because the FedEx QRP Program is for active FedEx employees only, authorized returns are not issued for persons no longer employed by FedEx.
